I'm slow to write, but your packages are always faster than any of your competitors. You are the only one that sells sueve microfiber buffing bonnets that aren't just plain microfiber bonnets. I know what I'll get from you. That's a great thing.

Oh my gosh, I am playing on my computer, just read your e-mail, and the doorbell rings. It is your shipment. How is that for delivery? Super fast if you ask me.
I wanted to thank you for the trial sizes of products. I was in Des Moines at Wild Wades and saw your booth, you didn't have the detail kit there. So I made up my mind just to order the darn thing! I am getting itchy to work on our cars. Frustrating to not get into those tight spaces! This looks like it should work just fine.
I have been to your store and now I am looking forward to returning even more. I will and have told my friends about your stuff. Thanks again!

As a loyal user of your products for a few years I can say you have the best auto care products I have ever used. I tell everyone I can to visit your store and they will not be disappointed. I subscribe to an on line Tacoma owners group ( CustomTacos.com) and thought you might find it of use.

Thanks for the e-mail newsletter I really appreciate getting it. A little testimony. I had kept the Blazer washed when we were at my daughters home for 2 months but have failed to keep up with it when we were moving. I shamefully had not washed it for a month. Thursday I decided it was clean up time. I spent about 6 hours cleaning the inside and out "with of course" Rick's Best quality products and we went to my wife's cousin this AM and her husband asked if I had just WAXED the Blazer. I said I had done nothing but used Rick's Best car wash soap. He was IMPRESSED and wanted to know WHO this Rick guy was so I had to explain so I may have to bring him back some next time we are up. I will give him some of mine to use this fall. Keep up the good work!

| I just wanted to say thank-you for your Fabric Protector. I had applied it to the interior of my new truck a couple of months ago and a couple of weeks ago my son accidentally spilled his orange soda in the truck. It got on the seat and carpet. My first thought was "Oh no, now there will be stains.” I was able to grab a towel and mop it up and was amazed to find that it did not soak into the fabric at all! I was so grateful that I had applied the Rick's Best Fabric Protectant and was very amazed at how well it worked. It is so nice to use a product that actually works! Thanks again!

Just wanted to say thanks for helping me make the transition to AMSOIL today. I appreciated your honesty with no sales hype added. I've always noticed that a truely fine product doesn't require a lot of sales talk and pretty much sells itself.

Rick & Judy - I got it (FilterMAG) Friday! 15 seconds later, it was on. I'm due for my next oil change in about 500 miles. That should happen by next week. Rick, I've never seen anything like it, washed my Escort this morning using the Rick's Best Vehicle Wash. The outside looks like it's just been waxed, and it was simple and easy for the old man.
Plus, I know that you already know this, but the Rick's Best General Purpose Cleaner I got from you yesterday REALLY works. I used it on the drivers door where you rest your arm. I have not been able to get it clean but a couple of shots of the cleaner really did the job. Great products.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the products I purchased the other week. The tire cleaner and tire dressing are WONDERFUL! They worked just as you said that they would.
