Prevette's Service Policies:

Please call and make an appointment ahead of time for the service(s) that you would like. Sometimes we can accomodate you when you stop in, but we would like to be sure that we can provide you with our best service in a timely manner, therefore, appointments usually work best. On occassion, if you need a service that typically does not take long, like a car wash or sometimes even a carpet and/or upholstery shampoo, just dropping in will work just fine. We do have a rather nice waiting area that you can use which includes free coffee, music, magazines and a nice selection of videos for you to watch.

Please be reasonably on-time for your appointment. We schedule our team to be available and ready specifically for you and your ride on the date and time that you asked for. We do understand that circumstances can come about that will make it difficult, if not impossible for you to keep your appointment with us. We understand this. All we ask is that you let us know just as soon as you can if this happens. By working together, we can avoid having to implement charging up-front scheduling fees that are non-refundable for no-shows.

Our pricing fee structure is based upon most circumstances. However, please understand that our pricing cannot anticipate every situation, therefore, we do reserve the right to charge any necessary higher service fees for the following:
We will not just automatically charge you additional fees. We will always speak with you first.

Headliners and visors are typically very sensitive to cleaning and become damaged very easily. Therefore, these areas may or may not be able to be completely cleaned and are judged on a case by case basis due to this sensitivity to damage. We will always do the best that we can, but we will not risk damaging these areas.

All services are to be paid in full when your ride is picked up, unless other arrangements have been made beforehand. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Cash & Checks.
